We’re Matt and Jennie Williams, the husband-and-wife team behind Valet Hold, based in Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio.

Jennie’s background in healthcare and hospice leadership brings a focus on people, communication, and care. Matt’s experience in medical warehousing and inventory control brings organization and attention to detail.

Together, we’re making storage more personal—with pickup at your door, individually tracked totes, and returns when you need them.
